Shipping
You will receive a shipping notification email with an order tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may also find your tracking number in the “Order” section under your Account Dashboard. Please note that the estimated delivery date depends on your delivery address and shipping method.
It typically takes 1-3 days for all in-stock products to process. If your order is delayed due to external factors, you will be notified with a delayed shipping email with the latest status of your order.
- Please double check the delivery address of your order is correct
- Ensure that your package was placed at a safe area within your property and is not picked up by other people.
- If you have confirmed the above details, please contact your local courier for details of your order.
*Please note that once the package is shipped, we do not have control over the package.
Shipments are delivered with duties and tax unpaid. All import/customs duties and/or taxes (if applicable) will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
Order
- You orders can only be modified or cancelled before they leave our warehouse.
- If your order is still processing and you wish to modify your order (you have not received any shipping notification email), please contact us via email info@zeagullhk.com and we will do our best to modify your order for you.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may cancel it through the order details page before the order is shipped.
- We will be unable to make any changes to your order if it has left our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to request for a return & refund within 14 days of its arrival. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
Please drop us an email at info@zeagullhk.com asap, you will need to provide us with your order number, a short description of the issue, as well as images for damage and quality issues if any.
Item(s) in your order might be missing due to two possible reasons:
- Items in your order was sent in 2 or more separate packages due to weight limit.
- Item(s) were lost in the process of packing or transporting.
