Return and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with any items you ordered, you may submit a request for return and refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping Fee
- Please note that we are based in Hong Kong SAR, China
- Shipping is at your cost, you may pack and ship the item(s) you wish to return to our warehouse in Hong Kong.
- The refund amount is only equivalent to the payment amount of the item(s), please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition
- All item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Any items that appear to have been used/worn, washed or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
How much time do I have to complete a return?

You may drop us an email for return and refund within 7 days of receiving the order. The email should include the following:

front and back images of the item you wish to return

a clear image that shows the product tag attached to the item

why you wish to return the item(s)

After your request for return and refund is emailed to us, it will take approximately 2-5 days to review. After reviewing the condition of the item(s), we will send you a confirmation email to inform you whether your request is successful. If your request is successful, the email will contain an address of our warehouse you are to ship your return item(s) to. The item(s) you requested to return must be mailed out within 7 days of receiving the success email.
Important notes for return procedures

You will only receive more details, including information about the eligible shipping carriers and our warehouse address via email after the request for return is successful.

Please do NOT send your return package to the sender’s address on your original package, it is not the correct return address and will affect the processing of your return request, we are not responsible for any lost package(s) if it is mailed to the wrong address. You should only send it to the address we provide to you.

Please make sure to initiate a return request before mailing back your item(s). We do not accept returned items without a return request. We will not provide a refund and are not responsible for sending your unapproved item(s) back to you.
How do I ship the item(s) back?

You may choose a carrier and ship the package to our warehouse. Please be aware that we will not provide you with a shipping label. Once your return request has been approved, you will need to email your package tracking information to us (you may reply to our email), otherwise we will not be able to identify and process your returned package.

Please remember to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been fully processed.

It may take 3 – 20 days for the returned package to arrive at the warehouse, this time is subject to change depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.
